Saving an OLAP View

After editing the navigation table, save the OLAP view as described in Save Buttons. With sufficient permissions, you can either overwrite the existing view or save the view with a new name. When you save, you are prompted for a name, location, and an optional description. If a view with the same name exists in this location, you are prompted to overwrite the existing file. When you save a view with a new name, JasperReports Server displays the new view, rather than the view you initially edited.
