  1. Hello, This issue is usually caused by the proxy server. I would suggest increasing the timeout and you may need to check with your network team about any network settings that may be contributing to this issue. Regards, Paul
  2. Hello, Unfortunately, this is no longer available. I would strongly suggest to use the full install version of Jaspersoft Studio. Regards, Paul
  3. Hello, Have you tried merging the rows with duplicate values? More information can be found here: I hope this helps. Regards, -Paul
  4. Hello, I believe this can only be done in Jaspersoft Studio. More information can be found here: If you are not using Jaspersoft Studio, I unfortunately do not believe this is possible. Regards, Paul
  5. Hello, Unfortunately, performance is hard to troubleshoot without more details. Are there any errors in the log file? If you enable the web browser developer tools (F12), do you see any errors? How long does it take to run? I would recommend starting here for some performance monitoring tools: I hope this helps. I do believe support is different from buying the professional version, but you would need to contact sales to verify and make sure. I do not know about pricing or anything like that unfortunately. Regards, Paul
  6. Hello, It looks like your anchor expression is not correct. Here are some links that may be useful: https://helicaltech.com/anchors-in-jasperreport/ I hope this helps. Regards, Paul
  7. I would strongly suggest trying to import your report into a newer version of Jaspersoft Studio and seeing if you still have the same issue. iReport is now almost 10 years old and has not been supported for some time. Regards, Paul
  8. Hello, Is there a reason you are using the community version of Jaspersoft Studio? I would strongly suggest using the commercial version of Jaspersoft Studio version 8.2.0 to see if you still get the same error. If you do get the same error, can you please attach the Jaspersoft Studio log file? Regards, Paul
  9. Hello, I do not believe a ad hoc view title is part of the locale bundle, which changes when you log in or use a certain locale. More information can be found here: If you would like to add this feature, you can always submit an enhancement request to the Jaspersoft Ideas Portal https://jaspersoftideas.tibco.com/.
  10. Hello, What exact error are you receiving? Can you please post your jasperserver.log file with the error? Regards, Paul
  11. Hello, As mentioned by jgust, you can use variable in your report through his method. More information can be found here: https://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/jaspersoft-studio-user-guide-820/v820/expressions I hope this helps. Regards, Paul
  12. Hello, Have you tried adding the delimiter to your report? That can be done with this property: property name="net.sf.jasperreports.export.csv.record.delimiter" value=" " With the default property, you can add the pipe "|" to it. So it should look like this: property name="net.sf.jasperreports.export.csv.record.delimiter" value=" |" More information can also be found here: https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/changing-field-delimiter-jrs-csv-export I hope this solution works for you. Regards, Paul
  13. Hello, You can get the full results from your stored procedure by following this article here: https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/how-execute-oracle-stored-procedure-jaspersoft-studio-621 This article is a little dated and is for Oracle, but it should run the same way for any JDBC connection. I hope this solution works for you. Regards, Paul
  14. Hello, Have you tried the solution found here: https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/how-use-attributes-input-control-query I hope this helps. -Paul
  15. Hello, Can you please clarify by what you mean by redeem? Unfortunately, that version is no longer available. I would strongly suggest trying our latest version of JasperReports Server which now has many features that were not available in JRS 3.0.1. Regards, Paul
