Unable to log in Jaspersoft Studio 6.21.2

Hi, I installed the last jaspersoft studio version an when i try to log in it returns this error:

To add information about my situation:

OS is Windows 10 pro
I'm able to connect to the jaspersoft community web page with the same system
User and password are correct
I'm behid a proxy server wich i am not able to meddle with

Hello,

This issue is usually caused by the proxy server. I would suggest increasing the timeout and you may need to check with your network team about any network settings that may be contributing to this issue.
