Error running report on Jasper Server

I need help with this error when executing the report on the server. In local the report works well but on the server the report is not executed. And then the following error.

I use Sql Server 2008.  JasperServer CP 6.3.0.  Jasper Studio 6.3.1.final

Are you sure that the screenshot attached is a server error ?

it looks like a jasper studio error window.

In the server the report is loaded a lot of time and does not show so I run it from the Jasper studio from the server side and there it shows me the error attached.
I do not know if I'm missing any permissions or anything I need to do to the sql Server database.

Once you upload a report to JasperReports Server, you won't be able to run it from Jaspersoft Studio.

Check if you connection to sql server is working properly by selecting "Test Connection".

From the supported platform documentation, SQL Server doesn't seem to be supported. (page 5)

The connection is successful but I do not know why when I run the report it does not load.

This is most likely a sql query problem.
