When I run the report it stays there loading

The connection is successful but I do not know why when I run the report it does not load. It stays there loading

In the server the report is loaded a lot of time and does not show so I run it from the Jasper studio from the server side and there it shows me the error attached.I do not know if I'm missing any permissions or anything I need to do to the sql Server database.

ya se carga la imagen en la plantilla, pero al momento de usar la plantilla no me muestra la imagen. La pregunta es la siguiente: tengo que hacer alguna configuracion en la plantilla para que cuando la use me muestre la imagen? Nota: eso solo pasa cuando traigo la imagen de la base de datos, porque con una imagen en local si se muestra la imagen cuando uso la plantilla. Ayuda por favor.

Cree una plantilla y ya he utilizado la plantilla para realizar un reporte; luego recorde que la plantilla debe tener un logo y modifique la plantilla pero el reporte ya fue realizado con la version anterior de la plantilla se puede actualizar el reporte para que tome la nueva actualización de la plantilla o no se puede.

Si he usado $P!{} pero no me reconoce le pongo ! y no lo reconoce da error, puse esto: ( $P{p_oficina}.equals("") ? "TODAS" : "select nombcort from gen_oficina where oficina like '%'||'"+$P{p_oficina}+"'" ) y el resultado es la imagen que adjunto. y lo que quiero es cunado se envie el parametro me consulte en la base de datos el nombre de la oficina.

Estoy probando este para cuando un parametro no tien datos enviar un valor por defecto y cado contrario consultar su descripcion ( $P{p_oficina}.equals("") ? "TODAS" : "select nombcort from gen_oficina where oficina like '%'||'"+!$P{p_oficina}+"'" ) pero me devuleve este select como una cadena y no se ejecuta este select como puedo hacer esto. Necesito de urgencia la ayuda
