starrlingo
Did anyone try the report of JRS 5.6? I tried Chrome, IE and firebox, the rightmost button - "Back", "Export", "Input Control" all can't click. And the web layout looks weird too. Please see the attached screenshot. starrlingo
I guess this problem may cause from the import (v5.5) to v5.6.And som css are being covered.
idstewart
I've already put a ticket in about it. Heavens know if they will do anything about it.http://community.jaspersoft.com/jasperreports-server/issues/3683
marianol
Yes, I assume that the issue has to do with the import. If you have imported a 5.5 theme there may be some css changes that got overridden. Get an export of the default theme form a clean 5.6 install and change your default theme.
hozawa
Seem the same problem. 5.5.0 css does not work with 5.6.0 and result in what you've described.A theme should only contain what you've modified. Unless you've modified the css files, the theme shouldn't contain them. We took out all the css from the theme because they weren't modified and it's worked as expected. Switch back to the "default" theme and fix your theme.BTW, the upgrade should have switched the theme to "default".
starrlingo
Hi hozawa, I follow your suggestion to change the theme to default and try to export and then import from v5.5 to v5.6 again,It also has the same problem. Should I recreate the JRS5.6 instance and import again? Thanks in advance.
volker_1
Had exactly the same issue. Got a 5.6 default theme zip-file and installed it as default5.6 theme. Made it active and things are working again. Could not overwrite default theme (on AWS) which seems to be broken after the import.

thomas.frommelt
i have found the problem. it's the intranet compatibility view! You should deselct it in the compatibility dialog of the ie.
