I created a user with the following structure, etwonjames.edgar
But when I go to manage the user I get the error, Cannot find user with username : etwonjames.edgar

Also, when I try to login with the username I get the following error.
Details: Could not execute JDBC batch update; SQL [insert into JIUser (username, tenantId, fullname, emailAddress, password, externallyDefined, enabled, previousPasswordChangeTime, id) values (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)]; constraint [null]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: Could not execute JDBC batch update

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
