james.edgar Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 I created a user with the following structure, etwonjames.edgarBut when I go to manage the user I get the error, Cannot find user with username : etwonjames.edgarAlso, when I try to login with the username I get the following error.Details: Could not execute JDBC batch update; SQL [insert into JIUser (username, tenantId, fullname, emailAddress, password, externallyDefined, enabled, previousPasswordChangeTime, id) values (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)]; constraint [null]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: Could not execute JDBC batch updateAny help would be greatly appreciated. james.edgar Posted March 17, 2014 Author Share Posted March 17, 2014 I took a look at the page that you suggested, but there is no mention of anything in regards to back slashes.
