If you are using JasperReports Server, the most common cause is the difference if web browser and it's version.Try using newer version of JasperReports Server. Friendly User Posted April 25, 2018 Share Posted April 25, 2018 Make sure you're using actual fonts instead of logical fonts like "Sans Serif" or "Serif". If you're using images or other elements which reference something, make sure these references are also resolvable on your production environment. Solution bjbmiguel Posted April 25, 2018 Author Solution Share Posted April 25, 2018 Hi ,I already solved the problem, in fact I was using a different version when running on the server, i.e., compiled in jasper report 6.5 and ran on jasper 5.1.0.
