jennifer.y.lee
No matter what browser I use, when I log into Jasper Server version 6, I get a scrambled menu. When I used IE 10, I was told that I had to add our domain name to the url to avoid the "compatibility view." It does not work. Neither IE 10 nor Chrome work. I even tried Firefox, which does not work either. My security settings will not allow me to provide a snip of what the screen looks like.
elizam
Do you know if you had customizations to your look (changes to themes)?
jennifer.y.lee
No, nothing changed. It was a simple upgrade.
jennifer.y.lee
I also cleared the cache on ALL browsers several times. Nothing worked.
elizam
I mean, did you have any customizations before the upgrade?
hozawa
Are you using customize theme? Themes are not 100% compatiable between versions. Try changing the theme back to the default.
kkriplani
Hi,This is usually a case of postgres jar in the lib folder of tomcat. Replace the jar with the latest jar and make sure you remove the older version from the directory! Also try to look for jar conflicts.Regards,KKriplani
jennifer.y.lee
There were no customizations before the upgrade. Thanks KKriplani, I will look for jar conflicts and see if I have the latest postgres jar in the lib folder of tomcat.
