Hi, we are using JDK 1.7.0_80.

There were no customizations before the upgrade. Thanks KKriplani, I will look for jar conflicts and see if I have the latest postgres jar in the lib folder of tomcat.

I also cleared the cache on ALL browsers several times. Nothing worked.

No, nothing changed. It was a simple upgrade.

No matter what browser I use, when I log into Jasper Server version 6, I get a scrambled menu. When I used IE 10, I was told that I had to add our domain name to the url to avoid the "compatibility view." It does not work. Neither IE 10 nor Chrome work. I even tried Firefox, which does not work either. My security settings will not allow me to provide a snip of what the screen looks like.
