pelonio.j
I'm running a report that we have used many times before. The report will run with full data but when I attempt to export to Excel, CSV, PDF or any other form I get the message"The system was unable to complete you request. Your conversation may have ended, expired, or been invalidated." and in the upper left corner of the screen it says "ACESSS DENIED".Any ideas what might be causing this? marianol
Check the Jasperserver log if you are not running out of memory. Some exporters are more memory hungy than others
hozawa
I've found that if I use IE, it sometimes times out when exporting a large file. This doesn't happen with Firefox. Try using a Firefox or Chrome. If you can download OK, try increasing session timeout in your application server.
pelonio.j
I tried using Firefox, but get the same message. Ran the log and got this odd message: Action: org.owasp.csrfguard.action.Log* Parameter: Message = potential cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attack thwarted (user:%user%, ip:%remote_ip%, uri:%request_uri%, error:%exception_message%)*****************************************************Had my favorite Systems Engineer restart the application, and that did it! Thanks for the help.
