Hiding reports to specific users in jasper server

Hi All,

I have created few reports on jasper server, they are used by people from different departments. What I want to do is, people using the reports's from their department should not be able to view the reports from other department. Could you please let me know how I can achieve this ?

Just create ROLE for each department and set Permission on resources based on these roles. There's a chapter in JasperReports Servwer Administrator Guide on setting up Roles.
