  1. Hi there, I created an ireport and imported the jrxml file on to the server. When I click on the report, a big link is displayed on the url, eg (http://xxx-yyy-zz:1020/jasperserver/flow.html?_flowId=viewReportFlow&standAlone=true&_flowId=viewReportFlow&ParentFolderUri=%2Freports%2Fsamples&reportUnit=%2Freports%2Fsamples%2FFreight). This is the example link I see when I click on one of the sample reports. Is there a way I can change this to look much simpler like http://xxx-yyy-zz:1020/jasperserver/reportname ? I will be sending this link to users and it would be nice to have a short url link. Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks
  2. Hey thanks for your response. The above approach leads to 3 input controls,is there a way I can get the achieve this within one input control. For Eg - First when I click on the drop down, it should show all the years like 2013,2014 etc. When I click on 2013, it should show all the Months under 2013 and when I click on Month, it should show the dates under the month. Is there a way we can get all these in one input control as a hierarchy. Please let me know. Thanks in advance
  3. Hey, I created a single select query input control on the jasper server. Currently I can select a date from the drop down which is of the format (yyyy-mm-dd), but I would like to know if there is a way where I can set the date hierarchy yyyy-->mm-->date. To be specific, when I click on the drop down, first I should see the year and drill through the month and then date. Can any one please let me know if we can achieve this in jasper ? I am using ireport designer 5.5.0, Apache Tomcat 7.0.42 Server Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks,
  4. Hi All, I created a parameter whose type is "Collection" and it is a multi select parameter. I want to choose one value as default but I am unable to do so. I have tried all the options mentioned in this forum like the default values as " new ArrayList(Arrays.asList(new String[] {"WhatValueUWant"})) "and " [" "] " but still didn't work. Can any one please help me here ? Thanks,
