foomister
We recently made the move to OS X (Leopard) and I cannot seem to get iReport to work. I've installed iReport into the Applications folder, but when I click on the icon to launch it, it appears to launch (icon gets big and bounces around on the dock), but the application does not show up and the icon on the dock vanishes.I did change the java version from 1.6 to 1.5, but am not sure if this would affect iReport 3.7.0 being that I have the same setup on my Windows 7 machine. If this is the case, what would I need to modify so iReport utilizes the correct VM (1.5 in my case)?I'm trying to keep from using iReport via Parallels.Thanks,- Leo
Giulio Toffoli
Hi Leo,this is wired, iReport works well on my Mac.Anyway, to force the use of a specific JVM, open the app folder of iReport, look for the file ireport.conf inside a directory called etc. Here you can set the location of the jvm to use.Giulio
