szadroga
I stood up another JaserReports Server (testing environment) instance and I am looking to import a set of current reports. Is there a way to take the JRXML from a report in our PROD environment and copy it to notepad and copy that JRXML into this new testing environment? hozawa
There's no functionality to copy jrxml file to a notepad but you can export the report by right clicking on the report from the repository and selecting "Export". To import, select "Manage" - "Server Setting" and select "Import" from the left side menu. The report and all associated input controls will be imported.Another way is to use Jaspersoft Studio. Open up the report from the repository view and save it the new server.
szadroga
In iReport, when I right click on a report file I do not get the export option. I only get Open in editor Replace with current document Delete Run JasperServer Report I am running iReport Designer Pro 5.5.0 Refresh Properties
hozawa
From JasperReports Server, go to Repository and right click on report or a folder and select "Export".
