szadroga
I am constantly getting the "Not Responding" error message with my instance of iReport Designer Pro 5.5. It opens ok, but as soon as I click around in it or resize the window it goes into the Not Responding state. I am running it on Windows 7. Any suggestions? screenshots below
hozawa
What's your pc spec? It you have enough memory, try increasing the amount available to iReport.DUnder the folder you've installed iReport, there's a "etc" folder. Open "ireport.conf" with a text editor. Change "Xms" and "Xmx" values in Line # 7 "default_options".Also, if you have Java in you pc, it may be better to use that by setting "jdkhome" in line 11. szadroga
hozawa, i noticed in other posts you mention iReports becoming depreciated. When is this tool slated to become obsolete. What should I use as its replacement?
