Barcode generation in iReport 4.7.1

Hi,

I want to generate barcode in ireport 4.7.1. Please let me know how to create it, what are different properties i should set. 

Do we need some jar files? if yes, where can we  download those ?

Just drag & drop barcode component to your report and set properties from Properties view. If you don't know what this means, you'll need to read iReport user manual.

For generating barcode in ireport, the easiest way is to use a ireport barcode generation control. Many resources are available on websites, and most of them provide trial for users, if you don't use it for bussiness, you can try any resources.
