syamat
iReport 1.2.8 is not working with jasperreports-1.2.1.jar. Is it possible to work like that? Post edited by: syamat, at: 2006/11/22 18:
Giulio Toffoli
Hard to belive :side: What's the problem exactly? What are you trying to do? Maybe you are using some unsupported features. In this case, set the source compatibility in Options ->Compatibility... to be sure that the generated jasper file does not use unsupported features added after 1.2.1 release. syamat
Actually when i place the jasperreports1.2.1.jar in iReport 1.2.8 lib dir and try to compile the report nothing happens. no error, nothing, no compile. As soon as i place the original jasperreports1.2.8.jar everything works fine. And also jasperreports1.2.1 is not present in the compatibility list.
