Is it needed to connect to JasperServer, inorder to display data in the report. Am using ireport with jasperIntelligence, this version consists jasperserver as plugin in ireport.
Becoz am not getting data when report is displayed and i tried to connect to JasperServer through JasperServerPlugin dialog, but it is giving "mep is not yet reset", i had given the url and other details according to the docs only changing the localhost , but not succeeded.
If i get data when i tried to run my report it is enough, i had given an mdx query, and i added some fields, and i added the fields to detail band, but data is not displayed.
Plz suggest me how to display data using this version,

When do you get "mep is not yet reset" ?
This message happens when there is a problem in the webservice protocol, including:
1. Wrong webservices url
2. Wrong username/password
3. Uncatched exception on the server side (very strange)
Could you describe how to reproduce the problem?

Thanku for reply, my problem is i downloaded iReport1.2.4with JasperIntelligence, i tried running an mdx query, which executed, but in report query dialog,where fields has to be listed automatically are not listed, on the right side of the dialog we had an option to add the fields,
i did like that but during the report generation, am not able to view the data ,
how to reterive the data on the report, (i added the fields to detail band).
