  1. Code:Hi, In iReport's Report Inspector tab, right click on the name of your report to open up the properties window. Scroll down to "Ignore pagination" and check that box. That might be what you want. Best, Lisa
  2. Never mind, I uninstalled everything and am starting over from scratch. The upgrade script says the upgrade was successful, but I was never able to connect to JasperServer through the web browser or the iReport plugin.
  3. Nicolastt - Reports (and all other JasperReports Server resources) are saved in the database, not in the file system.
  4. Our first installation of JasperServer was 4.5.1 Professional. I used the windows installer and had no problems. Today I attempted to upgrade us to 4.7 and I'm having some problems. Doing all of this from the command line was a challenge. I'm not sure if the database or web server is running because I still see JasperReports Server 4.5.1 and not JasperReports Server 4.7 in my start menu. I can't connect to the web interface and can't connect to the repository through iReport 4.7. My postgres files are still back in the 4.5.1 directory. Do I need to move them? What about tomcat? When I did the initial installation, tomcat was placed under the 4.5.1 directory. I moved it to the 4.7 directory. How can I manually stop and start the database and tomcat? Thanks, Lisa
  5. Did you ever figure out what was going on? I'm having the same problem. Thanks, Lisa
  6. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10933356/jasperreports-server-pro-open-reports-in-new-browser-tab-window FYI, here is how to do it.
  7. We're running JasperReports Server Pro, v 4.5. How can we get our reports to open in new browser tabs/windows? Thanks, Lisa
  8. themillie, I'm trying to do this, too (I posted about it on StackOverflow http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10834529/ireports-organizing-column-output but haven't gotten any responses). Can you give some additional information on how you were able to achieve this? Did you put your static row and column headers into the detail band? How did you define the variables? Thanks, Lisa
