Layout is not proper in excel and csv format

I am having a problem on excel sheet too....I thought everything was ok when designing in the iReport..but, many columnHeader and a few data are missing/not shown in the table in Excel format. Anybody know how to settle it? I've tried so many times to modify the cell but it did not work. -
What i did was deleting all the 'toppen, leftPen,rightPen, bottomPen"...along with the <box> </box>.... The new version cannot read the .jrxml of the older version.
