Error code: "Edge browser engine is not setup. HTML and JRIO Preview will not work fine"

I recently downloaded Jaspersoft Studio, but the preview window is blank while I get the error message "Edge browser engine is not setup. HTML and JRIO Preview will not work fine". 

I use Microsoft Edge as my browser, so it seemed reasonable to follow the documentation user guide section 1.2.8 "Using Edge in Jaspersoft Studio Window Builds". However, in the third step, it says to open and edit a file named <Professional.ini> which I cant find in the folder I downloaded with WebView2 (Fixed version). 

Any help on how to continue would be appreciated.

The file you are looking for is located in the Jasper Studio installation folder.  If you are using the community version it would be "Jaspersoft Studio.ini".

same issue with the latest version.. the user guide link doesn't exist too.

You will find the 'Jaspersoft Studio Professional.ini' file in the folder where the studio is installed, for example like -  C:\Program Files\Jaspersoft\Jaspersoft Studio Professional-8.2.0
