Error message "edge browser engine is not setup"

I get the error message "Edge browser engine is not setup. HTML and JRIO Preview will not work fine". What does this mean and how can I resolve it? I'm aware that I'm supposed to download Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime ("Fixed Version"), unzip it with e.g. 7-zip and edit the "Jaspersoft Studio Professional.ini" file, but I'm not able to find this file.
