Is it possible to do predictive analysis using jaspersoft?

JasperReports is a reporting engine. You'll need to write your own predictive analysis program. JasperReports can be use to show the result of the analysis as a report.

Is there any suitable languages or tools for writing the predictive analysis program. 

If any tool is available then that tool can be easily integrated with the jasper server or not ?

There are many tools to perform predictive analysis (R and Python are the most used languages for it), so it should be useful to get more information about what you really need. What you will really need to integrate is your datasources with your predictive algorithms in order to prepare your data and use Jasper Reports to show results, as hozawa said.
