Customize parameter pop-up dialog

Hello,

 

Is there a way to customize the parameter pop-up dialog in a report? I have a lot of parameters that are the same but for multiple loans for instance:

Loan 1

Open Date =

Loan Amount =

Loan 2

Open Date =

Loan Amount =

and so on. I am using Jaspersoft Professional 5.5 and working on Jasperserver but i and my organization has no access to the Jaspersoft configuration.
