Using Visualize.js in Jaspersoft Community Edition

Hi All, 

 

I have a question. 

Based on: https://www.jaspersoft.com/editions, Visualize.js Javascript framework that can be used to build a dashboard using Jaspersoft components. 

Can we use the visualize.js in Jaspersoft Commercial Edition in the Jaspersoft Community Edition ?
