"incorrect footer" error message in jasper studio

  I have to change a jasper report in the footer section.   The change is simple - from the name - CAROL ANN LOCKE to NANENE DAHMS.  

In running the report, i get "incorrect footer" error message when running the report.

I have tried adding spaces (padding the name to be 15 characters) but that doesn't work.

I have searched for other occurrences for the name CAROL but nothing.

When we run the report with the name CAROL- the report works !

Can someone suggest how to change the hardcoded name so that we don't get the error incorrect footer ?

Would you be able to share .jrxml file and screenshot of both scenarios?

May be because you have a carriage return after "Name of Authorized Signatory" when using CAROL ANN LOCKE and don't have on when using NANENE DAHMS
