An attempt to start the program displays the following message:"An error has occured. See the log file null."The program will start if I use "Run as administrator".How do I fix it? piotr_7 Posted June 6, 2017 Author Share Posted June 6, 2017 I have deleted the .fileTableLock file located under:D:Program FilesTIBCOJaspersoft Studio-6.3.1.finalconfigurationorg.eclipse.osgi.managerNow I don't need "Run as administrator" any more.To confirm that the .fileTableLock creates the problem I've reinstalled the Studio program and the problem returned.
