Cannot compile Reports in Linux

Hello Community,

 

i want to compile my report with Jaspersoft Studio 6.1.0.final under linux.

My jdk is 1.8.0_111.

The report does not compile with following error:

Error: Could not find or load main class  com.jaspersoft.jasperreports.toolkit.JRCompiler

The compile command uses ; as classpath delimiter. In linux the right delimiter is :

How can i change that?

I'm compiling under Ubuntu without any problem. Seems more likely that you problem is missing jar files in your classpath. JasperReports requires several other jar files to compile.

The error message is clear:

Error: Could not find or load main class  com.jaspersoft.jasperreports.toolkit.JRCompiler

And the ; as path separator is definitely wrong in linux.
