Can we Create a Jasper Report without using Sql query and using only Java classes to get the data?

I want to create a Jasper report without using Sql queries. My report contains multiple sub reports and I want to use Java Class(es) for each one of them to generate desired output.

Can I do that?

If I can, Can anyone please explain me how can I do that.

I know I ahve create .jar files and add it to classpath, But I don't how to make use of it exactly.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Yes. Just use JavaBeans as a datasource.
