schan_1 Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 Getting HTML Response Error Code 504 for a report. Both Tomcat and Jasper logs seem to show the report does complete running. I see this message before the report finishes though. Normally 504 is a timeout issue but any idea what this could be and how to fix it? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
hozawa Posted January 5, 2017 Share Posted January 5, 2017 Try using JasperReports Server on the server which it's installed to see where the timeout originated.If you report is very large, it just may be that it's requiring too much time to send back the response to your web browser.
