How can I fill table and list to the end of a page will empty rows

I have reports that contains either a table or a list. When there are few data, I want to fill the rows with blank rows till a page is filled. Is there a better way to do this beside filling datasource with empty rows?

Added "net.sf.jasperreports.components.list.minimum.rows" property to List Component.
