Issue in JasperStudio 6.0

I faced this error Please help me with the solution to this 

 

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException: net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException: Error while executing the javascript file to generate the SVG image: External process did not end properly; exit value: 500; process output:  SCRIPT_ERROR Script did not produce any SVG within 3 seconds. Possible script error.

You have an error in your script or setting to generate svg image.

I did exactly what is told in the above link but the link has an output while I got an error. So request you to guide me

This might be a timeout error.  Try going  in to  jasperreports.properties (classes directory ) and set the following timeout 
com.jaspersoft.jasperreports.components.customvisualization.phantomjs.executable.timeout=60000

you can also set properties using Window > Jaspersoft Studio  > Preferences > Properties
