WATER MARK PROBLEM

I am using ireport 5.0. with backgraond band but i am not able to print water mark imege in top of my sub report(sub report have table componts).

Background doesn't cross report boundaries. Report and sub-reports are different reports with different backgrounds.

Have you tried using the Table component in your report and not using sub-reports?
