why is Anonymous Access to Reports giving me a blank report?

Hi all,

I just tried out jaspereports server version 5.5. My aim is that i would direct to a report url from my application to open a report. so i would need anonymous role. i have followed the steps given here in the wiki but when i tried to use the user with the role it just opens up but does not load report. just blank. however jesper menu's and bars are all there.

Can somebody help me out to what i actually missed?

If you're using a domain, did you give anonymous user rights to access the data?
