daniel_17
I have been using Jasperserver in AWS for a few weeks and everything is going ok (not great, but working). However, since the last couple of days, I cannot seem to add more derived tables to my existing domains, nor create new domains with said tables. I have even tried edditing the current one's XML with the new query and uploading the schema, but it takes forever (over 10 minutes) to upload/create/save, and I end up giving up, because it never took this long. The query works fine (it takes around 40 to 60 seconds to run), but that is not a problem for me
daniel_17
The weird thing is that sometimes I cannot even run the query, sometimes I cannot save the table, sometimes I cannot save the domain designer and sometimes I cannot save the domain. There are just too many steps in which this can fail, but it doesn't always fail during the same one
daniel_17
Upon further testing, I found out that it does not happen with simple queries. However, There is not a reason why it shouldn't run these, since it has, in the past, run queries as long as this one.
marianol
Which datasource is the domain using? is there something in the jasperserver.log file?
marianol
by the way in a AWS instance the jaspersoerver.log file is located in /usr/share/tomcat7/webapps/jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/logs/jasperserver.log
