cinglez
Hi.I am trying to run the installer for Linux (jasperserver-3.5.0-linux-installer.bin) on RedHat Enterprise Linux 5. I downloaded the installer and gave the permissions (chmod + x).When I try to run it, it gives me an error: "There has been an error. A debug file has been created at /tmp/bitrock_debug.xml". The file is unreadable (attached). Any ideas? Thanks in advance
mryzhikova
i would suggest to download a new installer and try again - its should work, it may have gotten corrupted during download.
cinglez
Thanks for the reply, but I already tried that. It simply did not work, on any of the 3 servers we have. The solution was to install the war version. Thanks again.

damienjoldersma
Actually if you install the ia32-libs package it will, at least for Ubuntu 9.04 :)
