glen
In the following thread http://jasperforge.org/plugins/espforum/view.php?group_id=83&forumid=101&topicid=15491 Lucian makes the comment that "since you have only one measure on the column axis, you can also simply use Data as the field mapping".This works fine. Although I had to use Data(0,?). Still makes things simpler. My question is : Is there an equivalent syntax for Rows i.e. if I only have one dimension on the row axis can I use Rows(?,0) or something similar ?And is any of this in a reference manual somewhere ? Giulio Toffoli
The mapping syntax reference is described in the JAsperReports Ultimate Guide. For rows you can use:Data(Rows[store][store Country])Giulio
glen
Ace. Thanks Giulio. I saw that you had the new version out and was not sure if it was covered in there. So I will make sure that I get a copy of that. Glen
Giulio Toffoli
Please note I was talking about JAsperReports Ultimate Guide (not iReport Ultimate Guide). Just in case ;-)Giulio
