How to include multiple filters in single column.

Hi,

I am Using the Jasperserver-pro.

Can i have multiple condtional operators in one field to filter the data, although user can select any one at a time.

Take an example there is a column Date , user needs to filter data on this Date column. The options What user can chose with Date column are=,<,> !=.

Date = ' any Date value'

Date  < ' any Date value'

Dat e > ' any Date value'

Date != 'any Date value'

How can I allow user to select any one of the above operator with Date field.

Can you make the operator a parameter too?

 

So your query would be:

 

select column from table where date ${operator} ${date}

Hi,

My query is defined at Doamin/Topic level, without where clause. i m simply selecting the fields from the topic to create report and defined some contions on topic only.

 

How i will be able to achieve this with parameter passed to query.

2ndly what if this is a optional parameter?
