shivaligandhi
I am using Jasper pro 3.7. 1) created an organization and then have resources within that organisation.NOw i need to export this organization and import it on a different server.I used the import export utility but when i export my organization using the foll command:js-export --uris /organizations/ABC --output-dir myExportwhere ABC is my organisation, then i import the same using js-import.bat --input-dir myExport --prepend-pathIt imports the folder and its contents correctly but then ABC becomes a folder and does not get imported as an organisation. Then there is no way to transform it into an organisation and i also cannot delete it. Please tell me how would you import export an organisation and confirm that it has all the options that an organisation should have. Also how do you delete a folder within root-> organisation? i do not get the delete option for it when i log as superuser and when i log as administrator i cannot see the corresponding folder hence cannot delete it at all. Request you urgent reponse
ramnik
1. This seems to me Bug. 2. However , you can try this ..export the resoources from the organization and then try importing them using this command by specifying the organization Id in the import command js-import --input-zip 31export.zip --org-id MyOrg --org-label UpgradedOrg Hope this helps .. shivaligandhi
That does not seem to solve the issue as the organization is still not showing up in the manage organizations window. Any help on this?
