An OLAP schema is a metadata definition of a multidimensional database. Use the Jaspersoft OLAP workbench to create OLAP schemas, and then upload them to the JasperReports Server repository. For more information on the workbench, refer to Overview of Jaspersoft’s OLAP Tools. OLAP schemas are stored in the repository as XML file resources.
