Each time I login into my Jaspersoft account, I get a pop up message saying "Please wait - Loading" and it turns into an infinite loop. I cannot access my Repository nor folders because everything is disabled during the "Loading" pop-up. Could you please suggest me with a tip or solution to this problem? Note - This problem exists since 1 month and I have tried clearing the browser cache, restarting server and other solutions, but I had no results. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open localhost (8080)Jasperserver homepage. 2. Login with your credentials. 3. Check for the Pop-up message saying "please wait" I kindly request you to provide me a solution for this problem ASAP. hozawa Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 This usually happens after versioning up or accessing different JasperReports Server and cookie is not cleared. hozawa Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 Which version of JasperReports Server are you using on which OS? I can't reproduce the problem. Check with your network admin if they changed some network configuration. It may be some security patch update that may have disabled cookies.
