xuefeng.hu Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Hi, I'm using jaspersoft aws product hourly edition recently. My mysql database has a table with Chinese-character columns. When I create a ad hoc view with the data source, the log shows that the chinese characters are decoded wrong. Does anyone know how to deal with it ? Thanks a lot. hozawa Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Jaspersoft AWS needs to add Chinese fonts to their installation. You'll need to contact Jaspersoft Admin to get it done.However, if you are on a hourly license, they don't provide support. Which probably means you should cancel the service.
