Jdbc driver in jasper studio 6.0

Hi,

I am evaluating Jasper Studio 6.0.

In Studio 5.6.1 I had issues configuring Hibernate sessions. so I tried it in 6.0. in 6.0 It seems to work better than 5.6.1 but the Jdbc Driver can't be found.

I tried the ext lib of the JRE in the feature directory of jasper install and in the project classpath non worked.

Any idea?

Hi,
which JDBC driver are you trying to use? Can you detail a bit about your current project structure?
If possible upload a screencast, jrxml(s), log and configuration files.

Just in case open a bug if it appears so. It is more simple to track it there than here among all possible threads.

Hi Massimo,

I resolved this issue. One requirment is to use the jaspersoft connection provider class in the hibernate config file. once specified all worked as expected.
