jasperserver not starting on dedicated server

Hope someone can help me with this error, i have been searching all over the net and found nothing that resolves the issue here is my catalina.log file attached

Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use
There's another program already using some of the ports that you application server uses or you have another instance of an application server already running.
