narra.madan Posted July 2, 2014 Share Posted July 2, 2014 Hi,net.sf.ehcache.CacheException: java.io.IOException: Permission denied exception is thrown when installing jasper report server 5.5 on Red Hat 1.10.We configured mysql as database and ran './js-install.sh minimal' for installation.Attached is the installation log with the mentioned exception.We googled for similar and they pointed to have write permissions to 'temp' folder and proper hosts configuration.
