Preview with Jaspersoft Studio 5.5.1 is much more slower than in 5.2.0

I have a report with several subreports.

The subreports are referenced by the jasper-File (Expression in Subreport-Element is: <name>.jasper)

When I start a preview in Release 5.2.0 it's quite fast (~ 2 seconds).

With release 5.5.1 this is much more slower (~ 45 seconds!)

The problem seems to be, that all the embedded subreports are compiled every time I start a preview with 5.5.2.

In the "report state" window it displays "Subreport Compilation Time: 45 sec"

Is there an option to disable the compilation of the subreports for every preview? The subreports don't change, so there's no need to compile them for every preview.

5.6.0 is suppose to have some performance improved. Have you tried their beta?

With 5.6.0 the preview is much master (only 1 second instead of 45 seconds with 5.5.1).
