dashboard hyperlinking to detailed reports in same dashboard not working in firefox ?

Hi,

I have tried the solution for hyperlinking to detailed reports in same dashboard from the following link.

But now my problem is it working as expected in the google chrome browser but it is not working firefox and IE. Could anyone help me to sort out this issue or should i compromise and only use chrome?

Hi,

Check with IE and firefox properties to run scripts on browser. That may be an issue.

Finally resolved this issue with the help of jasper soft support team. The issue here is with the iFrame tag and the same can be concluded from the following link.

Then adding name attribute to the iframe will reolve the issue , and this can customized by updating the file located at apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/jsp/modules/dashboard/dashboardViewer.jsp.
