reallydolly
More of an example is I am trying to group and total on days found in my report. For example if I select data from 10/1/2013 - 10/5/2013 I need to get 5 groups - one for each day the report encounters.
C-Box
Hi, why it's not enough to group just by your date1 field??If there is no date in one of the records it's automatically within the null group. If your date field contains also an time and this is your actual problem... you could use some CalendarUtil to extract this time information from your date field, so that each day results in one group band.Be sure that your (sql) sort-order matches the group order within your report!hth + regards from GermanyC-Box
