I want to install Jasper Analysis but I don't understand the functioning of this module. If I install just Jasper server I can use Jasper Analysis?because I see the analysis example but I want to create my how dashboard.How I can create dashboard?with the help of Jasper Analysis Schema Workbench?
Moreover, how I can put a report create with Ireport on Jasper Server?

If you want to use Dashboard, you have to purchase the commercial version or download the trial version.
Since you're new, you might first want to check out the community version of JasperServer and install the sample database. JasperServer community version contains JasperAnalysis and iReport. iReport may be selected from the Windows Startup menu.
